@pnoyes, @eric - Thanks for the help here… first time stuff for me.
On installing the GCC ARM tool… I’ve downloaded it and have a number of files. I understand it might be important to install it in the PATH directory. To confirm is this the root directory or another directory (the BluzDK-firmware folder)? Would I just copy it all in there?
So… GIT installed as well. BluzDK Firmware Repository cloned.
After trying the make PARTICLE… command I get the following (which makes me think the GCC Arm Toolchain is not installed / copied / located correctly… I was in the modules subfolder when I typed in the command, but still the same error… I’ve cut stuff off the side I know.
Where in this process am I modifying the code from the original Bluz Gateway Shield to one where it would be open to other devices being scanned and connected to? Do I need to is perhaps the next question? Please advise which code, and in which file I should be tinkering with…
